NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE (OCTOBER 3, 2022) Triple Crown Consulting, a firm specialized in filling hard-to-find software and hardware roles in the tech industry, has announced their office expansion to Nashville, Tennessee. In addition, Triple Crown will be opening another office in Durham, North Carolina to add to a total of seven offices across the US. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Triple Crown has previously expanded to multiple locations including San Jose and Costa Mesa, CA, Phoenix, AZ, and Portsmouth, NH.  

The city of Nashville has recently been the central hub for various tech companies. According to Tech times, In 2021, “CBRE ranked Nashville as the #1 city for millennial population growth for small tech markets and the #4 best city for recent tech grads in 2020 by DataFox.” According to The 2021 State of Middle Tennessee Tech Report, Nashville is projected to outpace the nation in tech job growth by 12% in the next five years. 

When asked about the office expansion, Chief Operating Officer, Dave Smith explains “It is important to support our clients on a greater scale as the tech market continues to explode. We want to work more closely with the area’s best tech companies and connect them with exceptional talent.”  

Since its establishment in 2004, Triple Crown has experienced tremendous growth by partnering with Fortune 500 enterprises to emerging startups. In 2017, Triple Crown invested more into their Accounting, HR, and Marketing departments which has increased their revenue by over 30% each year. According to the World Staffing Awards, Triple Crown was ranked as one of the top 10 staffing firms to work for in 2022. With the recent success, Triple Crown is expected to grow by 55% over the next year. 

Leading the office expansion will be Site Lead Alexia Lussier, and Recruiting Division Lead, Meghan Yahner. “I am very ambitious, and I really look forward to seeing the great opportunities that Nashville has to offer.” Alexia says, “My goal is to create a strong relationship with clients and grow our network on a larger scale.” 

Meghan added “I’m looking forward to the opportunity of implementing the leadership skills I have learned here at Triple Crown to develop a strong team.”

Triple Crown plans to hire Account Managers and Technical Recruiters for the Nashville office expansion starting in October. The new office will be located at 2 Maryland Farms Suite 100, Brentwood, Tennessee.
