The project required full turnkey development, including a PCB design fabrication and assembly, FPGA design, and embedded software. These were all critical areas where the client lacked internal expertise but needed to ensure seamless execution.
The first five weeks were dedicated to architecting the solution in collaboration with their team, as they required guidance in determining the best approach for their end product.

Despite the complexity of the project, they successfully engineered a dense yet efficient 3″ x 2″ 12-layer board, showcasing Triple Crown’s technical expertise and precision. In addition to the hardware design, Triple Crown provided a comprehensive product manual to ensure seamless integration and ease of use for the client.
